Who provides kefas

kefas at kefas.lt is provided by MB Silent Code, company code 307561551, registered office Europos pr. 34-47, LT-46370 Kaunas, Lithuania, e-mail —. The company is registered in the Register of Legal Entities of the Republic of Lithuania.

All company details are on the Contacts and company details page. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean MB Silent Code, and “you” means the person using kefas.

What kefas is

kefas is an information service. It shows publicly available odds from bookmakers licensed in Lithuania, estimates fair odds and expected value (EV), highlights arbitrage opportunities, and lets you track your bets and receive alerts.

kefas is not a bookmaker or a gambling operator. We do not accept bets, hold your money or place bets on your behalf. Every bet you place is a contract between you and the bookmaker, on the bookmaker's terms.

• Odds are collected automatically, so they may be delayed or inaccurate. The odds on the bookmaker's own site are always the ones that count.
• Fair odds, probabilities and EV are statistical estimates, not predictions or advice.
• No profit is guaranteed. Even a bet with positive expected value can lose, and past results do not predict future ones.

Who can use kefas

You may use kefas only if you are at least 18 years old and have reached the legal betting age where you live. In Lithuania, betting is allowed only from the age of 21.

You are responsible for making sure that using kefas and betting are legal where you are.

Your account

You can browse the odds without an account. To track bets, receive alerts or subscribe, you sign in with Google or with an e-mail address and password. Sign-in is provided by Firebase Authentication (Google).

• An account is for one person. Do not share it or let anyone else use it.
• Keep your password and access to your Google account safe. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
• If you think someone else has accessed your account, write to us at — straight away.

Plans, payment and cancellation

• kefas has a free plan and a paid Pro plan. What each plan includes and its current price, including any applicable taxes, are shown on the Pricing page and at checkout.
• You pay by card through Stripe. You enter your card details on Stripe's payment page; we do not see or store your card number.
• New subscribers may be offered a free trial. Its length is shown before checkout. A card is needed to start the trial, but nothing is charged before the trial ends. If you do not cancel before then, the subscription starts and the first payment is charged.
• The subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period, and the price of the next period is charged to your card, until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time through the subscription management link on the Pricing page (the Stripe customer portal). Cancelling stops the next renewal, and Pro stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for.
• If the price changes, we will announce it before the renewal the new price applies to, so that you can cancel beforehand if you do not agree.

Refunds

If you ask within 14 days of the first payment of a new subscription, we refund the full amount. Renewal payments are not refunded. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. The Refund policy explains the details and how to ask for a refund.

Acceptable use

When using kefas, you must not:

• scrape kefas or access it with bots, scripts or other automated means;
• resell, republish or otherwise redistribute kefas data, whether for free or for money;
• share your account or your paid access with others;
• get around paid features, limits or security measures;
• use kefas for any unlawful purpose.

If you break these rules, we may suspend or close your account.

Intellectual property

The kefas software, design and content belong to MB Silent Code. Bookmaker names and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to show whose odds are displayed.

We give you a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use kefas for your own purposes under these terms.

Responsible gambling

Betting always carries a risk of losing money. Only stake what you can afford to lose, and do not try to win back losses.

If gambling is becoming a problem, seek help. In Lithuania, you can ask the Lošimų priežiūros tarnyba (Gaming Control Authority) to add you to its register of persons who wish to restrict their own ability to gamble.

Liability

kefas is provided “as is” and “as available”. We work to keep the data accurate and the service running, but we do not guarantee either.

We are not liable for:

• losses from your bets or betting decisions;
• actions of bookmakers, such as stake limits, voided bets or changed odds;
• errors, delays or gaps in the data, or interruptions of the service.

These limits do not apply where the law does not allow liability to be excluded or limited, including damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence, and they do not restrict your mandatory rights as a consumer.

Ending your use of kefas

You can stop using kefas at any time. To have your account deleted, write to —. If you have an active subscription, cancel it as well so that it does not renew.

We may suspend or close your account if you breach these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page, with the date of the last update. We will announce material changes in advance. If you do not agree with them, you can cancel your subscription and stop using kefas before they take effect.

Applicable law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence.

If you have a complaint, please write to — first. We reply to complaints within 14 days.

If you are a consumer and the dispute is not resolved, you can apply for out-of-court dispute resolution to the Valstybinė vartotojų teisių apsaugos tarnyba (State Consumer Rights Protection Authority, VVTAT) at vvtat.lt.

Otherwise, disputes are decided by the courts of the Republic of Lithuania, unless mandatory consumer law allows you to go to another court.

These terms are published in Lithuanian, Russian and English. If the versions differ, the Lithuanian version prevails.
