Refund policy

In short

If you ask within 14 days of the first payment of a new Pro subscription, we refund the full amount. You do not need to give a reason, and nothing is deducted for the days you have already used.

Free trial

Nothing is charged during a free trial, and if you cancel before the trial ends, you pay nothing. The 14-day refund window starts on the day of the first payment, not on the day the trial starts.

Renewals

Renewal payments are not refunded. You can cancel at any time through the subscription management link on the Pricing page. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and Pro stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Your right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days. This policy covers that right in full and goes further: we refund the whole amount, with no deduction for the service already provided. Your statutory rights are not affected.

How to ask for a refund

• Write to — from the e-mail address of your kefas account, or quote that address in your message. You may use the model form below, but you do not have to.
• MB Silent Code refunds the payment to the original payment method through Stripe without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your request. There is no fee for the refund.
• Once the refund is made, the subscription ends and Pro access stops.
• Your bank may need a few more days to show the money in your account.
